Filmed December 2014 with Cafe Imports in Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia.

Due to regulations pre-2018 related to the ECX (Ethiopian Commodities Exchange) coffees with traceability coming out of Ethiopia were an extreme rarity. Through organizations like the Yirgacheffe Coffee Farmers Union, Cafe Imports was able to work with independent farmers like Zelelu Ararso, and his wife Kasech Zelelu, to import farmer specific Ethiopian coffee.
